Welcome here, one of the few sites dedicated to publishing this type of photography! Street photography is photography conducted for art or inquiry that features unmediated chance encounters and random incidents within public places. It usually has the aim of capturing images at a decisive or poignant moment by careful framing and timing. Street photography can focus on people and their behavior in public. In this respect, the street photographer is similar to social documentary photographers or photojournalists who also work in public places, but with the aim of capturing newsworthy events. Any of these photographers' images may capture people and property visible within or from public places, which often entails navigating ethical issues and laws of privacy, security, and property.
If you are looking for surprising or unexpected snapshots of people caught in various poses outside on the streets, in parks or in nature, then you're in the right place!
Just click anywhere on the image below and you will be redirected to a large portfolio (over 6000) of such photographs sorted by popularity (number of downloads)! Most of them are taken in Bucharest (Romania) and in Poland, but there are also in other european cities. There are also some interior photos (for example in churches or museums visited). Although not all of them belong to the "street photography" genre literally, they are snapshots that were not prepared in advance and I'm not wrong to consider them as such. In principle, I have mostly sought to capture moments of relaxation, recreation, joy, or fun among people. From an artistic point of view, they are often not perfect, the framing of the subjects is not exactly as I would have liked, this being the disadvantage (but perhaps also the charm) of snapshots taken by surprise. Without being a rule, in most cases with people as the main subject, I preferred to photograph young and pretty or sexy women (girls). But, of course, there are exceptions.
There, on Pixabay platform, all my photos are organized in collections (by genre, type or category). If you want to find easier a photo that belong to a certain "collection" in this huge portfolio, click on the image below to be able to select it!

Currently, I post the photos I still take locally, on this personal website. If you want to see the local photo galleries (in groups of 30 and in continuous development), just select one of them below (or on the next pages) by clicking the link in the lower part of the corresponding mini window! The first ones are the newest added.
